Membership Champion

Job Summary:
We are looking for our Membership Champion! They are organized and energized to take care of our members everyday! We are looking for the best candidate with strong customer service experience and some sales experience.
As the Membership Champion your day will be filled with interaction of our members. Your primary duties will be to keep a high level of organization, mail renewal invoices, accept payments, discuss and advocate our membership agreement, and other admin duties. You will be following up with new customers who may not have chosen membership or who are overdue for renewal. You will also be our retention controller ensuring we have made every attempt to provide our customers with a great experience. This position includes an hourly rate with the potential for bonuses after 90 days of employment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
*Deliver a Wow Customer Service experience
*Customer Service - Inbound and Outbound
*Sending text messages and email communication
*Maintenance Agreement renewals
*Take payments and update billing information
* Cancels, changes and reschedules
* Assist with Account/Invoice related questions
* Shadowing new CCR’s
* Pursue growth and learning
*General admin
Minimum Qualifications:
High level of customer service experience (1-year experience)
Strong computer skills
Advanced verbal and written communication
Like talking on the phone
People person
Friendly and outgoing
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

Physical Demands:
It will require long periods of sitting at a desk, answering a high volume of calls and using a computer.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
