Responsabilidades:
- Check the assigned station, before opening, for the cleaning of tables and chairs, the proper installation of the table.
- Have the necessary equipment to work: tray, pen, bus towel, etc.
- Be aware of daily specials and "86" items.
- Know all menu items, their garnish, content, and preparation methods.
- Be prepared to answer any questions guests have about the menu directly and concisely.
- Ensure that products are well stored and sealed in refrigerators.
- Ensure proper handling of money at the cash register
- Basic knowledge of coffee and latter.
