Responsibilities will be focused on servicing our multi-state loan portfolios. This is an opportunity to get in early with an exciting company that is growing rapidly.

Mortgage Servicing Associate

Here are just a few of the duties that will need to be fulfilled in a typical day:

· Assist customers, internal partners and other third parties with mortgage servicing questions via email and phone

· Monitor payment collections by conducting research and then taking corrective action

· Research and report on loan delinquencies

· Answer post-closing inquiries via email and phone for clients and additional parties

· Investor relations and loan reporting

· Review and process loan extensions

· Process, approve and distribute loan payoffs

· Maintain insurance compliance

· Manage software and maintain accuracy across portfolios

· Manage loan files for completeness and accuracy

Basic Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word

Loan Servicing experience (preferred)

Mortgage experience (Required)

Real estate experience (preferred)
