They are an eCommerce manufacturer representation firm and are seeking a National Ecommerce Account Manager to join their team! This individual will be responsible for all aspects of growing and managing the eCommerce business of existing accounts, generating leads, and onboarding new accounts, while resolving any ad-hoc account-related issues. All of the tasks will be centered around Amazon.com, International Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, and others.

Purpose
The National Account Manager is ultimately accountable for clients' satisfaction and the ability to drive ROI for Ecommerce Marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent technical credentials, strong soft skills, working knowledge of media agencies, hands-on experience implementing Amazon and/or other Ecommerce marketing campaigns, and most importantly, a consultative approach to addressing client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management of new and existing manufacturer accounts. The management includes complete oversight and financial responsibility of the accounts, their long-term objectives, as well as strategic account planning
  • Long-term strategic planning, executing the plan by integrating cross-functional teams within the manufacturers' organization and International Amazon.com, Amazon.com, and Walmart
  • Day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to: communication with the vendor or client teams, communication with the International Amazon.com buying teams and other departments, oversight of product line management, managing and executing SEO-based online content, creating marketing plans, managing ongoing marketing activities, performing inventory analysis, PO management as needed, generating a wide array of ad-hoc reporting and more
  • Generating leads and acquiring new potential vendor accounts
  • Presenting Vaso Group's array of services to the manufacturer community, communicating with the manufacturers and all other third-party organizations that Vaso Group works with
  • The position will require periodic business-related travel outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising, Marketing, or another business-related field
  • Must have previous national account management experience with Amazon.com is a must. Previous buyer/merchant experience is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Amazon Vendor Central platform, Amazon Advertising (formerly known as Amazon Marketing Services or AMS), as well as Amazon Seller Central
  • Knowledge of Walmart.com
  • An in-depth professional understanding of the following areas: corporate level sales, inventory management, and forecasting, marketing, product development/management
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Must have ease of comfort understanding, interpreting, and creating action plans from large sets of data
  • Work well in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment, which often has short deadlines, yet is critically important to the overall company performance
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Confidence to effectively communicate (verbally and in written format) with fact-based conviction with key decision-makers at various Fortune 500 companies
  • Endless drive to grow and improve as an individual.
  • Have a selfless, team-first approach
  • Ability to continuously multi-task, be self-motivated, be very organized, and extremely detail-oriented with every task at hand, showcasing a great follow-through skillset
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and clearly express sales features and benefits of multiple consumer goods product categories
  • Media agency experience preferred
