Job description

The Night Chat Agent will respond to all incoming chats and tickets in order to answer any customer questions. You will be responsible for handling any changes to customer orders and account information. They will also transfer customers to the correct department when further help is needed. As a Night Chat Agent, you would work as part of a team committed to helping customers find success with their Balance of Nature products. This is NOT a remote position and will require that you complete training in our Offices located in Saint George, UT.

• Able to type 60 words per minute with 90% accuracy

What You Will Do:*

• Respond to all chats and emails in a timely manner

• Make updates to customer information quickly and accurately

• Takes the time to educate every customer fully

• Update customer accounts without issues

• Effectively communicate over the chat and tickets

• Communicate effectively with management about questions, approvals, and customer requests

• Be to work on time and maintain good attendance

Schedule: Available schedules,

• Monday-Friday @ 5:00 pm -10:00 pm
• Monday-Friday @ 1:00 pm -10:00 pm
• Monday-Friday @ 5:00 pm - 2:00 am
