Non emergency medical transportation dispatcher.

Job Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY ROUTE 10 or more driver routes at a time.
• MUST BE ABLE TO THINK ON YOUR FEET.
• BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH is PREFERRED

• Candidate should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask. Computer literate.
• Knowledge Of The 5 Boroughs of NYC is a MUST
• Must be flexible with Schedule.
• Ability to Maintain Route Scheduling, organize route and plan ahead.
• Maintain communication with drivers, Fleet maintenance, dispatchers and other departments.
• 2+ Year Transportation Dispatching/Routing Experience
• Experience with Logisticare/Modivcare, MAS, Sentry, or Centrek a MUST.
• Experience with LimoSys/JLimo software a PLUS.
• Maintain the punctuality and performance of the Good Day Transport Route
• Document Driver Performance, Routes discrepancies, Breakdowns, Accidents, etc.
• Customer Service
• Promote Safe Driving Habits
• Enforce Company Policies and Procedures
• Other clerical work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Non emergency transport routing: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
