We provide rehabilitation services across the continuum - acute care hospitals, long term care facilities, sub-acute rehabilitation, homecare, outpatient centers, and in community settings such as senior centers, work sites, and schools and colleges. Overview
Under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist, performs standardized assessments, aids in performing structured assessments, and assists in determining, revising and implementing the treatment plan in order to restore and remediate, and to maximize function in the areas of activities of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components.
Position Description
Assists the Occupational Therapist with aspects of patient assessment in the areas of activities of daily living, leisure/play, and productivity/work. Identifies contributing factors in the areas of psychosocial skills, cognition and sensorimotor components. Recognizes physiological, psychological, and age-related changes in the patient. Confers with Occupational Therapist, and consults with other members of the inpatient team members, and assesses progress toward goals in order to meet the needs of patients.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Occupational Therapy Program from an accredited American Occupational Therapy Association school, Bachelor's degree or entry level Master's degree.
- Current Occupational Therapist License required.
