Administrative Assistant

Zothex Flooring is quickly expanding and is looking for new members to join the team at our Vacaville location! Taking applicants for an Administrative Assistant:

Responsibilities

Supporting our administrative team and project managers with general administrative work such as:

• Answering customer calls
• Filing and Maintaining Project Paperwork
• Sending out contracts and warranties to customers
• Data Entry
• Responding to customers
• Organization of scheduling
• Procure information for estimates and/or invoicing
• Assisting customers with processing payments
• Maintaining spreadsheets with any updated information

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and good attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills and willing to take initiative
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor
• Respectful and willing to work well with others
• Mac proficient preferred
• Basic Excel/Google Sheet skills
• Basic Math Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour
