Responsibilities:
- Field incoming telephone calls
- Greet guests
- Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated
- Assists with booking and confirming birthday parties
- Assist Office Manager in general office duties such as managing our lost and found, filing documents, cleaning the office, etc.
Required Skills:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Have reliable source of transportation
- Excellent self-management skills
- Well-groomed and neat appearance
- Team player with energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environment
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Typical Hours - Monday-Saturday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Sundays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
