Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly motivated team and be part of a growing company. In this role of Office Manager/Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and marketing/sales support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s email and calendar, including writing and responding to emails, prioritizing and managing commitments, travel, meetings and conference calls.
- Work closely with CEO on daily basis to coordinate sales and marketing efforts and assist with follow up and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain the CEO’s relationship management processes and communications by inputting new prospects into the company’s CRM system, editing/updating current prospects, assigning tasks and executing action plans.
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings (in-person, virtual/Zoom), and appointments for CEO.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for CEO and/or leadership team, as required.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Draft letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of CEO and/or leadership team, taking notes, recording and distributing minutes or other records for meetings.
- Perform other related duties to CEO and/or leadership team, as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Three to five years of work experience in an administrative/office manager role.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
