Description:

We are currently looking to expand in our Home Energy Office. We are looking for a Office Production Coordinator in our Phelps, NY office. The person will be responsible for scheduling our production crews each day. This position is very fast paced.

-Minimum 2 years work experience in an office.

-Excellent Customer Service skills

-Ability to multi task

-Dependability is a key piece for this position.

-Must be comfortable being on the phone and sitting at a desk for long periods of time
-Strong organizational and problem-solving acumen
-Ability to provide exemplary customer service continuously over the phone
-Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs with a general understanding of Windows OS and the ability to learn new software with relative ease
-Time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks
-Strong attention to detail

Compensation:

$18.00/hr to $25.00/hr depending on experience.

Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
