The role:
Bring your organizational and customer service skills to our fleet services team as an office specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support by processing invoices, preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems and providing exceptional customer service. A day in the life:
-
Perform administrative assistance to the regional repair manager and shop supervisor.

Process invoices for payment and research and resolve billing issues or concerns.
-
Process monthly administrative tasks such as payroll and personnel actions,
-
Enter commercial invoice repair data into information management system.
-
Use designated software to input/retrieve information related to repairs and warranty work.
-
Process expense reports and travel advances.
-
Work with other departments on recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
-
Schedule employee and team meetings.
-
Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
-
Create, prepare and receive forms, documents and letters containing confidential information.
-
Work is performed in a typical office environment with heavy computer use and exposure to shop environment.

What we need:
Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents;
OR
An associate degree in any field;
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with repetitive date entry requiring a high level of accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
