We have a unique opportunity for OneStream Senior Developers to join our team supporting Federal agencies in the implementation and deployment of Federal financial management solutions in addressing complex problems around Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Execution systems, Federal Statements and Financial Consolidation applications and other various financial reporting and analytics Solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to support Solution architect engagements with Client and Key business stakeholders in understanding required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
- Ability to translate client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application using OneStream tool, technologies, and methodologies.
- Ability to support and/or provide best-fit architectural solutions for a client project.
- Ability to contribute to a variety of roles in software development life cycle, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate and provide mentor/support to junior developers to complete all phases of the application development lifecycle. This includes process redesign, system design, Agile development, configuration, data integration, testing, debugging, training, and ongoing support to customer personnel.

- Performs complex financial model design analysis
- Provide, communicate, and support consistent processes among software, requirement, and part release communities.
- Identifies, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Debug and resolve tool and process issues
- Specifies and balances system requirements across various client and cloud IT environments.
- Develop and update process documents and training materials
- Ability to train and support clients on using solutions built using OneStream tools and technologies.
- Ability to train and mentor community of engineers/internal staff in gaining expertise on OneStream tools/technologies and methodologies.
- Meet or exceed targeted utilization billing hours.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8+ years of total work experience with at least 3+ years’ experience implementing Federal Planning, Budget, forecasting solutions and/or implementing commercial budgeting and planning solutions and/or financial Close and Consolidation solutions.
- Minimum 3+ years hand-on experience with OneStream XF solutions and/or Prior Modeling experience with OLAP tools like Oracle EPM, BPM, Cognos TM1 and/or similar EPM/CPM solutions.
- Minimum 2 + years of SQL experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or related degree
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess OneStream Lead Architect Certification and/or Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm.
- At least 2 + years working with .NET and/or any object-oriented programming languages.
- Possess Hyperion; BPC; Cognos TM1 related Certifications and/or PMP, CPA, or CGFM Professional Certification
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- Current U.S Government DOD Secret clearance or higher.
