Marathon Staffing is now hiring a Staffing Recruiter for onsite office in Ennis.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy helping others find their next career opportunity and find helping businesses solve their recruiting challenges to be a rewarding endeavor. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The company offers a robust compensation package, including paid time off and medical insurance benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for job openings (full cycle recruitment).
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Assist with payroll processing for assigned employees.
• Assist with Human Resources and ensure employment laws are followed.
• Fill open job orders in a timely manner to meet our clients' needs.
• Consistently follow policies, processes and procedures such as rules and regulations pertaining to E-verify system, proper I-9 documentation, thorough payroll practices, etc.
• Administer all paperwork required in the recruiting process. (Pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests).
• Account maintenance on existing clients while exploring new business opportunities.
• Placing help wanted advertisements on online job boards, print advertising, and more.
• Attend job fairs and networking events in the community.
• Manage payroll including time and attendance

Job Requirements

• Detailed oriented, well organized with excellent computer skills.
• Data entry experience is required.
• Must have strong skills in communication
• Must be able to multi-task and have excellent written and verbal skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as work in a team environment.
• Previous staffing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus
