DAY-TO-DAY FOR AN OPERATIONS ADMIN

As an entry-level Operations Admin at our nonprofit, you're about to embark on a journey that's all about ensuring veterans get the best possible service. You review all the applications and supporting documents, making sure they're up to snuff with our policies. And if you find any errors, you get to team up with case managers to resolve them like superheroes!

But wait, there's more! You're also going to be responsible for preparing, reviewing, logging, coding, and submitting documents, as well as providing preliminary approval for eligibility requests. Plus, you get to be a part of tracking financial trends and performance by generating some groovy performance reports, ad hoc reports, tools, and basic analyses.

And check it out, you get to assist our customers by reaching out to them when they miss appointments, documenting your outreach efforts and their progress, and keeping case managers in the loop about all your engagement efforts. This is one rad and rewarding position that allows you to make a real difference in the lives of veterans. QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance, or accounting

Two years of experience in accounting, auditing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Military experience would be a plus!
