Serenity is hiring Patient Care Advocates for our Biltmore office. The primary responsibility for our PCAs is to connect with our patients and provide them with compassion, understanding and accurate information on the various treatment options available. An ideal candidate will connect our patients to treatments they need to take back their lives and will thrive in a positive, results-driven environment. What You’ll Do

  • Connect, and provide a friendly, responsive experience to patients.
  • Educate every patient on the treatment options we have
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for patients and peers.
  • Be the go-between for patients and provider communications in the office.
  • Record patient assessment data into our Electronic Health Records system.
  • Consult with patients to gather pertinent information regarding current symptoms, mental health status and medication history.
  • Opportunity to work closely with our providers.

What We are Looking For

  • No healthcare, psychology, or social work experience is preferred.
  • At least one year of goal-oriented customer service experience using interactive communication skills, such as sales, marketing or educating.
  • Experience with confidently resolving common patient or customer concerns.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • A quick learner who is comfortable in an innovative environment.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • The office is open from 6:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 7:00 am - 7:00 pm on Saturday with various full-time shifts available.
  • Customer service skills preferred.
