How You Will Make a Difference

  • Assembles products including utilizing light mechanical and soldering skills
  • Operates electronic test equipment by referencing drawings and work instructions
  • Performs functional testing and documentation on company products
  • Labels and properly handles non-conforming products
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality, safety, and an ongoing effort to improve services, processes, job skills, and products.
  • Proposes, facilitates, and implements positive change.
  • Performs other duties as required

Safety Responsibilities

  • Follows safety procedures, rules, regulations, and state, federal, and local laws in the performance of job duties
  • Follows all safety and laboratory guidelines, good housekeeping practices, and wears provided PPE
  • Promptly reports risks and incidents to the appropriate personnel and participates in writing incident reports if needed

What You Will Bring and Who You Are

  • Read and comprehend procedures and instructions written and spoken in English
  • Have good vision including the ability to recognize all colors
  • Able to understand and follow instructions and work successfully with supervision
  • Understand analog and digital circuits
  • Operate electronic-related test equipment
  • Troubleshoot electronic circuits to the component level
  • Assembly knowledge and ability to pull and replace electronic components is a plus
  • Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Understand and follow instructions and work successfully with supervision
  • Operate a personal computer and a calculator
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure using fractions or decimals

Competencies You Need to be Successful

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A two-year technical degree or 2-3 years of related experience is preferred
