Job responsibilities * Working with GP business and IT teams that are both India-based and US-based * Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision and scope * Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and respectfully hold them accountable. * Applying business analysis principles to elicit, understand, document and prioritize the requirements. This may require leading meetings/workshops. * Analyze business challenges, objectives and develop as is/to-be process diagrams. * Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicating this back to stakeholders. * Understand and document integration points impacting areas of responsibilities. * Work with stake holders to document user acceptance, test criteria, and conduct validation activities * Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements. * Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements * Work with stake holders to define technical configuration and enhancement requirements for the tools.Here is the Generic JD, be smart and add domain on below JD and share across to the team.

Experience & education required * Minimum of 5 years IT experience * Minimum of 5 years working in Infor M3 quality modules * Ability to develop/update functional requirements * Strong verbal and written communication * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Economic thinking * Can work independently with little supervision * Ability to develop test cases and execute test plans
