Order Selectors- McDonough GA 30253

Shifts

• Key 2 - Mon-Thurs 3:30p - 2:00am (10 hours)
• Key 3 - Fri-Sun 5am - 5:30pm (12 hour)

Potential to earn over $850 per week

Paid weekly; every Friday Incentive based (production) Case per hour at 61 or more pays $0.267/case. Key 3 has a +$1/hr differential

Order selecting experience required

Seeking full-time warehouse associates to order select at our McDonough location. We are seeking candidates with warehouse experience. Your safety is our priority. You must be 18 years of age and pass a background check + pre-employment drug test.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Order Selecting: Pick orders. Grab, place, label and stage product. Regular use of Electric Pallet Jack and RF Scanner.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Lift and carry a minimum of up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
Handling of freight as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
