Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.
• Estimate & quote prices.
• Consult with customers after sales, and provide ongoing support.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and exhibit outstanding customer service.
• Call homeowners with lawn care quotes they’ve requested.
• Warm calling to potential customers who have requested information about Emerald Lawns’ services.
• Demonstrate top-tier customer service while engaging potential customers over the phone.
• Identify weed and disease situations with customer.
• Participate as an active team member in sales meetings.
• Perform all other duties as directed by the Sales Manager, in support of the overall success of the company.
• Represent Emerald Lawns in a positive and professional way at all times.

• Basic Mathematical skills to calculate figures.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instruction. (written, oral, diagram, or schedule form)
• Punctual in accordance with the employee handbook.
• Practical knowledge of service & safety standards.
• Preventative equipment maintenance
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Must be able to bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk. Push and pull equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive safely and follow all laws and rules of driving.
• Ability to works outdoors. Subject to weather conditions which may include extreme cold, extreme heat or wet conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
