• Methodical approach to handling substantial workload — ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Research and analyze intricate legal documents
• Support attorney through all stages of project work
• Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable
• Calendar Management experience preferred
• Strong familiarity with drafting
• Knowledge of e-Filing
• Comprehensive knowledge of Civil Litigation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
• Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
• Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
• Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
