Part-time Bookkeeper - Hybrid Remote / Onsite

Cannabis retail company in search of bookkeeping support.

We had an awesome bookkeeper for ~3years but she retired and we're in need of a new awesome person to fill her shoes. She helped us create a solid system, so we just need to continue the process. This is a part-time role that covers three companies, so contract work is preferred. This will occasionally require you to be on-site at our Bellevue location (mostly for onboarding and learning our system) however the vast majority of the time you can work from anywhere in the world with Wi-Fi since we use an online system to manage all our docs. You will work directly with one of the owners and the business manager.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Sales entries
• Payroll
• Sales taxes
• Quarterly payroll taxes
• B&O taxes
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Check reconciliations
• Coding expenses in QBO (Chart of accounts is set)

Looking for a minimum of 2 years experience bookkeeping, especially with QBO.

We work well with good communicators that are reliable.

Total hours per month range ~20. We are a few months behind so it would be ideal if you had more availability up front to get us caught up.
