How would you like to help others in a great work environment? In this customer facing role, you would be the face of Lenape Valley Foundation, setting the tone for everyone who calls in and walks in the door. This is a part-time position, Monday- Thursday 3:30 pm - 8:00 pmWhat You'll Do:

• Greet all individuals with professionalism and respect
• Check individuals in for their appointments, verifying demographic information and coverage for the services
• Utilize reports to verify coverage for services scheduled to assure payment is received and make necessary changes
• Complete office tasks such as mail/ fax
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Provide information on community resources for external referrals
• Learn about and collaborate with all LVF departments to ensure that individuals are receiving the services they request; Understand the interplay between departments of LVF
• Respond to overflow calls from call center

What We Require:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer proficient
• Excellent communication skills to clearly and accurately provide information over the phone about services
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job description, with or without accommodation
