The Product Support Administrator is responsible for working with senior department managers with administrative work related to product support within the parts and service departments.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL:

Provide administrative support and guidance for the Service and Parts Operations:

o Monitor ongoing activities and oversee WIP

o Oversee Physical Parts and Attachment Inventories

o Oversee Parts and Service KPI Performance

o Monitor service warranties

o Specific to attachments:

§ Review and approve stock requests

§ Create aged report and surplus reduction plan

§ Review stock health

§ Sales Attachment Ordering

o Assist with parts and service performance reviews as needed

o Provide resolutions to support branch parts and service operations

o Work with leadership to identify and support inventory utilization

o Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

· Strong Mechanical Aptitude

· Experience in administrative work

· Experience in service management, preferred

· Customer Service Orientated

· Understanding of Computer networks, systems, software

· Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

· Intermediate to advanced understanding of Construction related principals

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
