Patient Service Representative - ENT Scheduler
Pay: Up to $19 hourly
Shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Patient Service Representative daily duties include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling patients - Preop and Postop appts
- Gathering new patient information and entering it into the system
- Collecting co-pays
- Prior authorizations
Patient Service Representative must haves include:
- Front desk, scheduling experience
- Professional, high level of customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a religious/medical exemption
