Job description
Green Gold Group is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to Senior Management in a well-organized and timely manner to ensure the most effective use of manager’s time. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.
Responsibilities
· Act as the point of contact between the CEO/Manager and internal/external clients
· Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
· Process CEO/Manager’s email, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the CEO/or on behalf of the CEO, or other Manager as appropriate.
· Handle requests and queries appropriately and professionally
· Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
· Organize meetings and ensure that CEO is well prepared for those meetings
· Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
· Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
· Any other duties as may reasonably be required
Additional Responsibilities
· Act as a backup for Sales & Marketing administrative duties and responsibilities
· Act as a backup for all office managerial duties and responsibilities
· Act as a backup for all HR duties and responsibilities
Requirements
· Expertise with MS Office
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Discretion and confidentiality
· Proven work experience as a personal assistant in C Suite environment
· Must 21 years of age
· Successful background check required as condition of employment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
