The Swanson Law Group, an established and growing Westlake Village, CA personal injury law firm is presenting a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Our firm provides exceptional legal support, a teamwork environment and unrivaled customer service. The practice manager position requires a proactive personality with excellent organizational skills along with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is hungry and wanting to learn and grow with us!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior project management experience
• Experience using a case management software is a bonus!
• Must be fluent in writing and speaking Spanish
• Willingness to travel to our San Jose office when needed.

PREFERRED QUALITIES:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Unquestioned integrity
• Discipline, systems/ procedures-oriented
• Detail-oriented, motivated, self- starter, ability to multi-task and an excellent communicator (written and verbal)
• Candidates should be comfortable collaborating/delegating with a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,641.50 - $76,643.52 per year
