Note: We are new franchisees who took over an existing territory. We're looking for a reliable, go-getter who we will trust to service our clients, help build our business, and take great care of our truck (which you will be driving home each night). Your driving record and background check must be spotless.

What you need to know about the day in the life of a DoodyCalls Service Technician:

• Earn up to $15 per hour
• Flexible schedule--targeting 35-40 hours a week
• Never worry about working Saturday or Sunday, go enjoy your family and friends
• No evening hours, most days you're done by 3:30 pm
• We provide everything you need--free company vehicle, fuel, insurance, and supplies
• Great company culture: be outside, listen to your music, and give back to our environment
• Make a difference: every customer is happy to see you (For some, you are the reason they can keep their dog)
• You will do yard service for residential clients (scooping pet waste) and station service (empyting trash bags of waste and restocking bags) for commercial clients.

In order to be a good fit we need the following from you:

• Reliability – We win and lose as a team so we need people we can trust. You need to have a clean driving record for at least 5 years, a valid driver's license, and ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Drive – There’s never a boss looking over your shoulder. Our most successful technicians have internal push and enjoy their freedom.
• Customer Appreciation – Without our customers we would be out of business. We need you to provide excellent service and be willing to find new ways to go above and beyond to “WOW” our customers.
• Love the Great Outdoors – Charge up those fitbits because you’ll be doing a lot of walking. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for your entire shift.
• Must Love Dogs – We will provide dog bite prevention training and you dole out the dog treats and friendly fur greetings. You cannot be afraid of barking/aggressive dogs. Protective dogs are kept in the home during your service, but you will get barked at frequently.
• Pride – Fresh uniforms, clean trucks, and good attitudes speak volumes
• Quirk – You don’t end up in the dog poop business without a great sense of humor and a little quirk!

Since the work is largely outside with minimal customer contact, a DoodyCalls Pet Waste Technician has an extremely low exposure risk while at work.
