Responsibilities of a Synergy Physical Therapist: (included but not limited to)

• Be passionate about physical therapy, committed to clinical excellence, clinical skill development, and personal & professional growth
• Enjoy treating patients across the lifespan from adolescents to active seniors
• Have an interest and clinical proficiency in treating general orthopedic conditions - primarily extremity and spine diagnoses
• Have clinical proficiency and strong evaluation and management skills with orthopedic diagnoses
• Have excellent time management skills and are efficient to keep up with daily documentation while also providing individualized, patient centered care
• Be willing to participate in community outreach events (sponsored races, fitness expos, workshops, etc) at a minimum of 1 time per quarter (4 events annually)
• Be growth minded, solution oriented, and flexible to the challenges and changes across our industry
• Embrace a team player mindset and work well with others including non-licensed clinical support staff and administrative staff
