Job description

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of swimming pool cleaning experience highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of pool equipment and chemistry highly preferred
• Similar route-like business experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• High School graduate
• Valid Drivers' License required
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and be comfortable working in the Texas heat

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to use company-provided equipment to safely and effectively service our customers pools including but not limited brushing, skimming/netting, vacuuming, emptying pump and skimmer baskets, testing and balancing chemicals and checking filter pressure and status of overall equipment
• Responsible for weekly inventory needed at all times, reporting pool & equipment condition, collaborating often with managers, teammates and office staff as well as taking care of and reporting any issues with company-provided equipment and/or vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
