We have an opening for a flexible, fun floating teacher to join our team. Will provide classroom support as well as vacation / sick coverage for infant through Pre-K classrooms.

About us

Clever Endeavors Early Care & Education, Inc. offers young children an exceptional early childhood experience in an environment where they can learn and grow through creating, discovering, and thinking. The goals of Clever Endeavors Early Care & Education, Inc. include empowering children to make choices and decisions, establishing trust and building healthy relationships, ensuring that children are respected, providing support, and meeting the needs of the children, families, and staff of the program.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12 Early Childhood Education Core Units which must include: Child in Home & Community; Child Development – Birth to Age 8; an Early Childhood Education curriculum course; and one additional 3-unit ECE course. Infant/Toddler Development is preferred. (6 units complete and enrolled in 6 units is acceptable.)
• Teaching experience – 6 months minimum documented experience working with children ages 6 - 60 months.
• Ability to relate well to adults, children and work effectively with other adults in classroom situation.
• Must have and maintain first Aid & CPR throughout employment.
• Must meet all requirements for health screening, TB testing, background checks, training certifications and immunizations as described by Childcare Licensing.
• Able to twist, turn, stoop, reach, push, bend, get up and down from the floor, and demonstrate a full range of motion.
• Able to lift children, boxes or equipment up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
