The team, working closely with the business, subject-matter experts and marketing partners, is responsible for developing compelling, differentiated and digestible content on key topics and activating the content across all channels globally. Job Summary

In an industry that is continually evolving, how do you engage audiences in a way that matches their individual needs, behaviors and preferences? We're looking for a skilled marketer, creative thinker and problem solver to join the Global Insights team within the Private Bank.

You will be responsible for working with various teams to deliver innovative campaigns and capabilities across different audience segments and understand how to adapt messaging across a number of different channels and formats. This is a partnership role with a high priority on effective communication and will work closely with the business and technology to define and then iterate on a 3-year roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

  • This is a key strategic role that requires a combination of strategic marketing, analytical, entrepreneurial and relationship building skills and a track record of strength in working with cross-functional teams
  • Work with Digital and Business Intelligence teams to define metrics, track and report on user engagement and behavior; leverage data and examine KPIs to help guide and evaluate effectiveness of content
  • Help translate data and research into engagement opportunities and experimentation plans that allow the team to design effective campaigns as well as create meaningful interactions to meet business objectives.
  • Research, define and create roadmaps and best practice methods to use metadata for search, tagging, clustering and segmented presentation of content to end users
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Sense of urgency and strong follow up skills are expected.
  • Develop strong partnerships with colleagues in other areas of Global Marketing (Brand and Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, Events) and crosslines of business for effective partnerships
  • Proven cross functional and people leader who can guide and coach team to deliver best-in-class client experiences

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

You will be a dedicated professional looking to help develop and promote J.P. Morgan's thought leadership in a digital world. You will need to be eager to support large, complex projects and drive change, ideally in financial services marketing. Key qualifications include:
  • Experience in financial services marketing, as well as an understanding of and/or interest in investments and wealth planning
  • Demonstrated ability to activate content across multiple channels and mediums - email, web, mobile, video and social media channels
  • Familiarity and experience with Marketing Data Science and MarTech systems and platforms (e.g., Adobe, Marketo, AEM, etc)
  • Proven track record in leading and/or supporting large scale initiatives, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong analytical skills as well as capacity for conceptual thinking
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and hypothesis-based environment within a matrix organization.
  • Strong relationship management skills, ability to work across multiple lines of business and make decisions in conjunction with other departments

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4+ years of marketing or communications experience is preferred
  • Assisting with managing budget and processing invoices
