The Process Specialist Analyst work directly with Process Specialists on identify solutions and create applications to simplify the processes and improve the business. In addition, this role will be responsible of identify CI opportunities to improve OEE/RTE and schedule adherence to meet improvement targets, manage and execution of improvements projects aligned with business strategies. Accountable for effective implementation and sustaining of Visual Management, Continuous Improvement (CI) and TPM elements.The incumbent will be expected to develop, design and implement local applications and tools to optimize processes and reduce nonvalue added activities. Also, incumbent will be responsible of implementation of lean tools and design & implementation of visual management tools to drive business performance..

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

• Support the project teams in the access, transformation and analysis of data to support problem solution to drive decision-making and action-planning relative to end to end improvement.
• Develop a broad understanding of the operational / business processes and create local solutions (i.e.applications) to simplify process and make easier to get things done.
• Use of lean six sigma tools to develop solutions for work standardization and design visual management across the site.
• Leads/support troubleshooting efforts of equipment and process-related issues and deviation investigations.
• Analyse process requirements and evaluate equipment and systems to ensure deliverables meet or exceed process specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Evaluates and recommends new process technologies that optimize performance, are cost effective, and will improve product quality and manufacturing processes and to improve product/process quality, consistency, productivity, efficiently, and risk levels.
• Responsible for key documentation maintenance/updates as performance improves and processes change (while ensuring QA compliance is maintained) as well as documentation capture and digital storage.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for operational excellence program tools to the rest of the site.
• Collaborate with other operational excellence practitioners from other sites within the network, identify site opportunities and leverage best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or any related science field.
• At least 10 years of related Professional Experience in a high regulated environment (cGMPs, SOPs, OSHA, FDA, EMEA, etc)

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Associate Degree in Program & Software Designs
• Excellent project management skills
• Capable of managing workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Fully Bilingual English/Spanish – Read, Write and Speak fluently.
• Proven ability of design and implementation of applications.
• Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma Tools
• Green Belt Certified
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills (English and Spanish)
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
