Responsibilities:

• Overall management of softscape and hardscape material sourcing, pricing, and purchasing
• Inventory management and upkeep
• Assist with estimating for materials purchased
  
• Client communication as necessary
• Ensuring the highest quality of plant material and tagging plant material as necessary
• Travelling to different nursery locations
• Manage deliveries of ordered materials
• Job tracking and reporting of materials - maintaining or falling under budgets for estimated material pricing vs actual when a job is complete

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Minimum (3) years of local experience with plant material procurement
• General knowledge and proper care practices of trees/shrubs/perennials
• Horticultural degree a plus
• The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high energy environment
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Must be confident, motivated, respectful, a team player and have a positive attitude
