The product team is at the heart of our business, obsessed with product performance and customer communication. They work hand-in-hand both with our customers and the development team to create innovative solutions to challenging problems.

As a Product Manager at vintrace, you will

• Conduct market research and analyse customer needs to develop product requirement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering sales and support to bring the product to market
• Undertake prototyping and experimentation with customers and other stakeholders
• Work with Product leadership to develop product roadmaps, defining and prioritising features, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products on schedule.
• Create and maintain product based documentation, including requirements and specifications

The Essentials

• Strong analytical skills, ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Understanding of design thinking, Agile methodologies and product development processes
• Experience in market research and customer discovery
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design and sales
• A proven track record of launching successful products
