Are you a successful Production Manager experienced in food production looking for an exciting new opportunity?!We are Ever Better Eating Inc. a growing food manufacturing company located in Pittsfield, NH, and known for our hand formed pizza crusts and home-made sauces. We seeking a Production Manager to manage our production facility and help to drive our company to the next level!

Qualifications:
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience as a Production Manager in a food production environment
- High speed manufacturing experience is required
- Industrial food production experience is required, a baking background is preferred.
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Maintaining the plant in superior status with SQF, Organic certifiers, and private label auditors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a courteous and considerate demeanor, with ability and desire to work in a multi-cultural environment
