We are seeking a highly analytical Production Planner to join our production team. The individual will be responsible for analyzing production data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve production efficiency and effectiveness. The Production Analyst will work closely with production manager and other stakeholders to ensure all domestic and overseas furniture production processes are running smoothly. As a Production Planner, you will be a key contributor to AHD production team. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and make a significant impact on the company's success.
What you can offer us:
- Collect and analyze production and product data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement production performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and measure the efficiency and effectiveness of our furniture production processes.
- Collaborate with production managers and other stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Create and maintain customized production reports to keep management and other stakeholders informed about production performance and progress.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain production forecasts and capacity planning models to ensure that production meets demand.
- Assist in the new introduction schedules and work closely with the production and product development team to ensure that production targets are met.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in production analysis or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry preferred.
Compensation
Starting base pay: $23-$26.50/an hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
