Kelly Services is hiring Production Team Members for an outstanding paper converting manufacturer located in the West De Pere area! These opportunities offer full or part time schedules. There are also temporary or temp-to-hire opportunities!
Immediate starts, no manufacturing experience is required.

Position Details:

The purpose of this position is to assist the machine operator by performing general manual labor duties such as placing product in cases, stacking cases on pallets, and all other similar duties as assigned
  • Assist the machine operator by performing manual labor tasks on a variety of paper converting equipment
  • Assist the machine operator with roll changes and other duties
  • Make cartons and places product in cartons
  • Inspect product to meet customer quality criteria
  • Seal product cartons and stacks cartons on pallets
  • Operate shrink wrap machine (manual or automated)
  • Fills recycle bins with paper for recycling
  • Empties recycle bins
  • Maintains clean and orderly work area

Full & Part Time Schedules Available, 8-12 Hour Shifts:

  • Day shift, flexible week-to-week schedule
    • 6:00am-6:00pm - $14.50/hour
  • Night shift, flexible week to-week schedule
    • 6:00pm-6:00am - $15/hour
*Weekly pay
*Paid breaks

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Steel toed boots or shoes
  • Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Production experience is a plus but is not required
