We are seeking a Program Manager to coordinate the IT enhancements and go-to-market operations for Republic Wireless by DISH. The successful candidate will manage the design, plan, and implementation of strategic corporate projects – the scope of which includes project scheduling, status reviews, executive communication and approval, requirements gathering, documentation, and eventual deployment and implementation of the product and/or project.

This individual will manage the coordination and project deliverables between internal teams and third-party partners to deliver the project on time. He or she will collaborate with stakeholders to identify the proper project teams and structure. In this role, you will:

• Conceptualize complete solutions and coordinate effective decision-making.
• Create or coordinate the solutions for complex problems by identifying the key decision maker(s), integrating regulatory and operational needs; performing cost/benefit analysis; holding the project team and management accountable for deliverables and decision-making responsibilities.
• Draft business requirements documentation to include solution overview, operational requirements, business financial benefit, risk analysis, and measurements of success for all projects.
• Support the continuous development of the organization’s project management, metrics, and reporting processes.
• Maintain active management of all phases of a project - Initiation, Planning, Monitoring/Controlling, and Closing.

• 
  Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university, at least 5 years of project management experience;
• Experience leading implementation of IT projects;
• High energy required to maintain a sense of urgency throughout the entire project lifecycle;
• Strong collaboration skills and dynamic personality capable of quickly establishing trust and rapport at all levels of the organization;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and to handle tight deadlines on a daily basis;
• Highly organized.
