Position Summary:
MarshBerry is currently seeking a Program Specialist for our Beachwood, OH office. The Program Specialist will own the member benefits experience within the Growth Advisory Team and collaborate with other teams across MarshBerry to facilitate and enhance the delivery of services and membership benefits. The Program Specialist will also provide support to internal and external clients and anticipate, recommend, and execute projects within the Growth Advisory Team.
Responsibilities:
- Support and administer program benefits, including educational webinars, benchmarking reports, and continuing education services.
- Manage the sales cycle and delivery of services to non-MarshBerry Connect members.
- Monitor the administrative teams’ execution of membership materials to encourage standardization of the Growth Advisory value proposition delivery.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to assist with membership event preparation and on-site support including preparing meeting materials and developing and distributing communications and contracts to members and attendees.
- Create templates and schedules to streamline meeting preparation and encourage standardization.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to communicate new membership procedures as needed.
- Support membership initiatives, including new client onboarding, acting as a client liaison, billing, and record-keeping.
- Effectively oversee progress on multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Maintain and enhance efficiency in processes and procedures.
- Understand program specifications and provide recommendations for meeting them and monitoring progress.
- Other special projects, tasks, or duties as assigned.
Selection Criteria
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma required, associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Three to five years plus experience in an administrative, project coordination, or event coordination role. Program management, project management, quality control, customer service, or similar experience required. Experience within professional services or financial services is a plus.
- Proficient with technology; Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
