Looking for a team player to join our growing property management team. Excellent opportunity with room to grow. The role will require you to interact with tenants, owners, and vendors via phone, email, and in person. Applicants will need to learn our property management software and become proficient in it. Coordinate with vendors, tenants, owners, & supervisors to assure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Correlate all repair work between our residents and vendors.
• Collect bids from vendors and be able to negotiate when necessary
• Communicate effectively with owners and tenants.
• Follow up on all completed maintenance requests
• Respond to all tenant repair requests
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors
• Search for new vendors
• Take photos of units after move out and complete move out inspection form
• Post notices
• Help with evictions
• Complete bi-annual inspections of all units
• Work side by side with leasing agent to get units rent ready in a timely manner
• Other administrative tasks as needed

***Position requires driving to and from various properties daily (Weber, Davis, Tooele, Salt Lake, Utah County) a reliable car and cell phone are a must.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
