Provider Relations Specialist

Role Overview:
Provider Network Growth Specialist is a vital team member with Fidelio’s provider signup and credentialing department. Our company is planning to expand our client base and establish a national presence. The position will focus primarily on expanding our provider network by contacting dental offices via the phone, negotiating fee schedules and collecting all the necessary credentialing data to be entered into the system. All team members are assigned tasks and are responsible for ensuring tasks are completed by the assigned follow up date.

Role Responsibilities:

• Employees must complete a 90-day training plan to master role responsibilities
• Utilize multiple systems to contact dental offices, prepare enrollment applications and gather the necessary credentials for enrollment
• Possess the ability work off a list, contact new dental offices over the phone, effectively communicate our product and confidently negotiate fee schedules
• Responsible for reviewing all responses to enrollment/credentialing request to ensure all requested information was received and in the correct format
• Meet productivity goals set by Management
• Experience with insurance/dental offices
• High work ethic and attention to detail
• Possess an understating of HIPAA rules and the ability to abide by all of them
• Review all assigned tasks and complete by the set follow up date
• Document findings and status within the system
• Upload supporting documentation to the system
• Energetic with the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use sound judgement to resolve complex issues and escalations
• Understand the importance of follow-up and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet goals and urgent deadlines with critical thinking approaches
• Outstanding track record of attendance and adherence to schedule
• Work together within assigned groups to determine next steps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
