Psychotherapist Position Open:

Lutheran Counseling and Family Services of Wisconsin (LCFS) is a non-profit, state licensed outpatient mental health care facility and is looking to hire a licensed psychotherapist to provide outpatient mental health counseling in Wauwatosa and telehealth services. Psychotherapist MUST be licensed by the State of Wisconsin. AODA experience a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Must be Masters level or higher
• Must be licensed with any of the following licensure type: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D.
• Experience in assessments, DSM-V diagnosis.
• Have the ability to evaluate, diagnose and offer treatment to individuals and families.
• Ability to analyze/identify short and long-term goals.
• Keep charts up to date and accurate.
• Documentation as required by DHS 35.
• Ability to establish effective professional relationships.
• Have the ability to arrange and manage work assignments in an efficient manner.
• Establish and maintain working relationships.
• Represent the agency to the public in a positive manner.
• Work with adults and or children.

Required education:

• Master's or higher

Friendly work environment, flexible hours.

Pension plan available to employees who work a certain number of hours weekly, although employee must be vested in the plan which occurs after 5 years of continuous employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $69,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
