Thanks to the Affordable Connectivity Program, Maxsip Telecom is able to bridge the digital divide in order to connect those who may not be readily able to afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare, etc.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist, full time, at our Valley Stream office.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensures proper handling and resolving of all complaints received on a day-to-day basis
- Regularly Calling customers
- Maintain daily quality control spreadsheets
- Conducts both internal/external investigations in order to resolve all complaints
- Search daily fraud address reports
- Analyze reports and sales of the vendor
- Communicate with management on trends of vendors
- Conduct and assist with all special projects given
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field
- Confident style in communicating with clients
- Available on nights and weekends
- 3+ years experience in Quality Control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
