We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift Quality Technician to program, set up and run jobs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform measurements using CMM's, hand measuring tools and hard gaging.
• Program and operate CMM using PcDmis Software.
• Read 2D drawings and interpret GD&T call outs.
• Understand basic principles of statistical process control.
• Has the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and provide feedback in a clear concise manner.
• Perform basic shop mathematical calculations, e.g. geometry, trigonometry and algebra.
• Lift machined parts manually or with overhead cranes.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality practices & principles, metrology, GD&T, and blueprint reading.
• Experience with PCDMIS software a plus.
