Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Home Buying Specialist that is self-motivated, solution-orientated and excels at building relationships and closing deals. Our ideal candidate will exceed at sales quotas and be able to work a flexible schedule that includes some nights and weekends. You will be meeting with sellers in their home, making offers, negotiating, and closing the deal to acquire the property.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests
- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in CRM
- Utilize sales skills to build relationships and rapport in person and on the phone with homeowners looking to sell their property
- Make offers, overcome objections, and negotiate the best deal possible to close 9+ deals per quarter
- Manage leads, deals, and follow-ups through daily CRM updates to stay on task until deals are closed
- Analyze potential acquisitions, including estimating after-repair value (ARV) and rehab budgets in order to confidently make offers on properties
- Prepare offers, contracts, and other administrative paperwork to drive the sales process to completion
- Desire to answer phone calls, respond to incoming leads, and attend appointments after hours and on weekends (this is not a 9-5 job)
- Attend regular team meetings and training
- Prospecting for motivated sellers during free time, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, social media, door knocking, and driving for dollars
Qualifications:
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Live in Nassau or Suffolk counties and willingness to drive to Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Brooklyn counties for in-person appointments
- Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- No real estate experience is necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
