About the Job

This is not a commission based role, you will be paid for your work

• There will be no cold calling
• This is an ideal role for someone passionate about real estate and customer service, but not lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Preview and show homes to our clients
• Host inspections
• Host open houses
• Assist with follow up and scheduling

Qualifications

• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Active Washington real estate license preferred, but we will consider applicants who are partway through their coursework
• No real estate experience required
• Ability to work independently as well as with supervision
• Willingness to be flexible and work cooperatively with team members to accomplish team sales objectives
• Must have driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
