We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. $35,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
• Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings
• Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
• Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently

• Review listing and purchase documentation for compliance and confirm all signatures and dates are collected.
• Aid real estate agents with their transactions from start to finish.
• Enter data from sales into referral platforms and company tracking sheets.
• Communicate with the clients on a weekly basis via both phone calls and emails and provide excellent customer service.
• Verify the real estate agents are keeping on task and negotiating the sale when/as needed.
• Keep in constant communication with all parties of a transaction, such as title companies, lenders, title companies, clients, and other third parties.
• Ensure the agent has scheduled necessary inspections.
• Review final settlement statements for buyers and sellers for any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• Real estate license preferred
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred

• Customer service experience preferred
