We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents at our nursing home, and you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and residents in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping

Monitor and maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness

Provide basic information to visitors and residents about the nursing home's facilities and services

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the nursing home staff

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to pass a criminal background check
