We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions. The Recruiter will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for helping people find their perfect job.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Source and screen potential candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Provide feedback to hiring managers regarding candidates' qualifications and suitability for positions.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $66,598.00 per year
